Lutz Property Services was founded on a lifelong passion for working outdoors, improving homes, and serving the community.

Andrew Lutz’s journey began at just 11 years old, working alongside, grandpa, and uncles at Lutz Brothers Roofing & Plumbing. Those early years taught him the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and doing every job the right way.

After graduating from Vincennes University with a degree in horticulture, Andrew spent 5 years at Jim Hipp Nursery, where he gained extensive knowledge in landscaping, plant care, and landscape design. He is incredibly grateful for the mentorship and experience he received there, which helped shape the professional he is today.

Following his time at the nursery, Andrew joined a local construction company, where he spent the next 12 years expanding every aspect of home improvement. During that time, he developed experience in painting, drywall repair, framing, siding repairs, finish grading, landscaping, and a wide variety of residential maintenance.

As Andrew and his wife built a family and welcomed three wonderful sons, he began dreaming of something more – a business of his own. He wanted to create a company built on integrity, quality workmanship, and dependable service while building a legacy his children could one day be proud of and, if they choose, carry on.

Today, Lutz Property Services is committed to treating every customer’s property with the same care and attention that Andrew would give his own. Whether it’s a landscaping project, a home repair, or routine property maintenance, his goal is simple: provide honest work, exceptional quality, and service you can trust.
